Executive CPR & First Aid is Hiring an Office administrator Near Marietta, GA

Are you a people person?

Would you enjoy working in a fun and caring environment where the focus is on helping people?

Executive CPR is looking to add a Rock Star employee to serve as the Office Administrator / Manager. This is a key and challenging role that involves administrative skills and more importantly interpersonal skills! You will be the first face our students/customers will see and hear in this growing company.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, assisting customers in our retail store, as well as managing files, marketing our services to new customers, and performing other general office duties and errands. Currently, we are not providing benefits for this position.

For you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient in word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Office Administrator / Manag er:

* Handling incoming calls and other communications.

* Managing filing system.

* Recording information as needed.

* Assisting customers in our retail store.

* Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

* Helping organize and maintain/clean office spaces.

* Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

* Organizing and booking onsite training needs as required.

* Coordinating events as necessary.

* Maintaining supply inventory.

* Maintaining office equipment as needed.

* Aiding with client reception as needed.

* Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Office Manager Requirements:

* High school diploma/ GED

* Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.

* Warm personality with strong communication skills.

* Ability to work well under limited supervision.

* Have a valid driver's license with dependable transportation.

* Comfortable with public speaking

* Strong time management skills.

* Disciplined

Not Required/ Big Plus

* Experience as a Paramedic or EMT

* Holding AHA Instructor certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS

* Basic knowledge of Apple OS
